England's sojourn in the five-match T20I series against India is worsening by the day as they will have to do without the services of their regular skipper, Nat Sciver-Brunt, for the crucial third match, which will be held at Kennington Oval in London on Friday, July 4. This is going to be a pretty important match, particularly for England, as they are currently 0-2 down in the series. India victory on Friday will put them 3-0 up, which will be an unbeatable lead, making the remaining two games in the series essentially irrelevant. Sciver-Brunt will miss the third T20I following a left groin injury. The seasoned campaigner is one of the best seam-bowling all-rounders of world cricket. She did not even bowl in the opening two matches, though. With the bat, however, she cracked a gallant 66 runs from 42 balls in the first T20I while her mates could manage only 40 runs.
