England were struggling at 43 after loosing 4 wickets when Brook came and counter-attacked the Kiwi bowling, scoring 123 runs off 115 balls hitting 11 boundaries and 5 sixes. Unfortunately, Brook got run out by Nathan Smith. The other player who shone with the bat was Ollie Pope, as he scored 66 runs but got caught out off William O'Rourke.
