Several big cricket stars like England’s Jos Buttler, Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan, Australia’s Marcus Stoinis, and Indian former wicketkeeper batter Dinesh Karthik have signed up for the upcoming Abu Dhabi T10 league. After he retired from International cricket, the former Indian wicketkeeper batter, Dinesh Karthik has been trying the different worldwide cricket leagues to showcase his ability. Karthik is set to take up the role of the batting coach and mentor for Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL 2025. However, Karthik will join hands with his former KKR teammate Shakib Al Hasan, Afghanistan's Rashid Khan, and Ireland’s left-arm pacer Josh Little for the Bangla Tigers. Jos Buttler is set to join the Deccan Gladiators, where he'll team up with Marcus Stoinis. The Gladiators have also kept hold of key players like Nicholas Pooran, Andre Russell, and Maheesh Theekshana. Meanwhile, Matheesha Pathirana will be playing for the New York Strikers. The Strikers, on their part, have retained their core squad, featuring stars such as Kieron Pollard, Sunil Narine, Akeal Hosein, and Mohammad Amir. They’ve also kept UAE talents Muhammad Waseem and Muhammad Jawadullah, both of whom have experience playing for the Sharjah Warriors in the ILT20 league. The T10 League is scheduled to run from November 21 to December 2, without overlapping with other major franchise tournaments like the Big Bash League, SA20, or ILT20.
