Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi witnessed a RCB wit between Phil Salt and Tim David during the UAE Bulls vs Quetta Qavalry match in the Abu Dhabi T10 League. Notably, around the 6th over, Tim David was facing Imran Tahir, and David had guided the ball towards extra cover. There was an easy single run, but David denied it. He then had a chat with Salt and then he smacked the very next ball for a six over the deep midwicket straight to the stands. After that, David walked to Salt and both had a laugh with each other. Batting first, the Bulls posted 109 in their 10 overs, struggling for stability despite quick cameos from Phil Salt (31 off 15), Rovman Powell (23 off 14), and Tim David (31 off 11). Mohammad Amir produced a sensational spell, claiming 4 for 16, dismantling the Bulls’ middle order and earning Player of the Match. Khuzaima Tanveer supported him with two wickets, while tight spells from Jason Holder and Abbas Afridi kept the Bulls under pressure. Chasing 110, Quetta Qavalry made the target look effortless. Evin Lewis smashed an unbeaten 48 off 24, while Muhammad Waseem powered the innings with a blistering 50 off just 19 balls. The duo stitched a dominant 89-run stand to seal victory in only 8.2 overs. The Bulls’ bowlers had no answers as Qavalry’s aggressive approach secured a comfortable and commanding win.
