The game see-sawed all along like a pendulum, with neither team giving an inch. RR, driven by Jaiswal and Samson, made a good beginning in the chase before injuries and some intelligent bowling brought things back on track for DC. Starc's brilliance towards the death forced a Super Over, in which DC kept their cool. Stubbs and Rahul Tewatia chased down 12 easily, sealing the win for DC in a thrilling manner.
