Zimbabwe will organize an important two-Test series and T20I triangular tournament with South Africa and New Zealand from June 28 to August 11. Zimbabwe Cricket's managing director Givemore Makoni says, "this is the biggest international home season we've had in years." Zimbabwe will be playing Test cricket against their neighbors South Africa after a gap of close to five years, having last done so in December 2017, while this would be their first home Test series against South Africa since August 2014. The last time Zimbabwe played a series was in August 2016, during New Zealand's tour. Zimbabwe Cricket (ZC) managing director Givemore Makoni stated: "This is the biggest international home season we have had in years, and it is an incredible opportunity for our players to test themselves against two of the world's cricketing powerhouses. We are looking forward to welcoming the teams and putting on a great spectacle for our passionate cricket fans." The action kicks off with the Test series against South Africa, the two matches being in Bulawayo from June 28-July 6. Next comes the T20I tri-series that has the trio facing each other twice in the league stage from July 14-24, with the top two sides clashing in the final on July 26 in Harare, where all matches will be played. The next ones to host the New Zealand Tests are Bulawayo, from July 30 to August 7. Zimbabwe's last T20I tri-nation was in July 2018, where again, Australia and Pakistan came to play and Pakistan won.
