The Royal CHallengers Bengaluru pacer is really having a hard time with the repeated sexual allegations, initially by her claimed former fiancé and later by a 17-year-old girl in Jaipur. Even though Dayal's Lawyer Kunal Jaiman, suspects a broader conspiracy against his client's image, the Rajasthan HC did not grant him a halt from being arrested. Yash Dayal was initially accused by a woman from Gaziabad of sexually assaulting her in their five-year relationship. The lady had lodged an FIR under Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita at the Indirapuram police station. However, the Allahabad court had granted him relief from being arrested. The lady claimed that Dayal backed out from his promise of marrying her and sexually exploited her. Later, Dayal came with arguments that the lady exploited her financially, claiming pricey gifts. The Sanganer police station in-charge, Anil Jaiman, further updated that the two met during a cricket match. And during the 2025 IPl, Dayal reportedly took the girl to a hotel at Sitapura, Jaipur, where he raped her. As the second case has involved a minor, the Rajasthan High Court could not provide any interim protection from being arrested. Dayal's lawyer, Jaiman, claimed that some blackmailing might be going on to lodge cases against Dayal. Jaiman said, “Just seven days after that, another FIR was registered in Jaipur. A gang seems to be involved in blackmailing by filing such cases." Notably, the FIR has been filed under appropriate sections of the IPC and the POCSO Act, as the girl was 17 years old at the time of the initial incident of sexual assault.
