There is a piece of good news coming for all the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) fans as Jacob Bethell, the 21-year-old star all-rounder is expected to return for the RCB camp soon and is set to feature in the upcoming edition of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. Bethell had suffered a hamstring injury during England’s white-ball tour to India last month and unfortunately missed the entire Champions Trophy 2025 tournament. But he is all set to travel to India next week and join the RCB camp soon. The 21-year-old is set to make his IPL debut this month and his availability will provide massive support for the RCB team this season. He has been featured in several T20 leagues around the globe including SA20, The Hundred, and Big Bash League and is now set to feature for Royal Challengers Bengaluru in IPL. Apart from Jacob Bethell, RCB also has two other English players that include Philip Salt and Liam Livingstone. Their batting lineup looks quite stable and strong on paper before the tournament but time will only tell how reliable and performing they were. RCB has announced Rajat Patidar as their new captain for this season, a dynamic player whose captaincy will prove to be vital for the team this IPL 2025 season. Under a new captain, a newly packed team it will be interesting to see how this Bengaluru-based team performs.
