The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Monday unveiled a revised itinerary for the Indian men’s and women’s home season. The updated fixture list covers bilateral series against West Indies, South Africa, Australia (Women and A teams), and South Africa A. Changes were made due to logistical constraints, venue maintenance, and scheduling adjustments. India's red-ball home season will commence on October 2 with the first Test against West Indies in Ahmedabad. The second Test, initially assigned to Kolkata, will now be held in Delhi from October 10–14. South Africa will follow with their first Test from November 14–18, moved from Delhi to Kolkata’s Eden Gardens. The second Test will be played in Guwahati. The South Africa A squad will face India A in two multi-day matches and three one-dayers. The longer-format games will stay at BCCI COE, Bengaluru, from October 30 to November 9. However, the limited-overs leg, initially set for M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, has been shifted to Rajkot. Women's and A-Team Tours Also Reassigned Due to an outfield revamp at Chennai’s MA Chidambaram Stadium, the first two ODIs between India Women and Australia Women, set for September 14 and 17, will now take place in New Chandigarh. The final game, scheduled for September 20, will be hosted in New Delhi. Meanwhile, the Australia Men’s A team will play two multi-day games and three ODIs against India A. All fixtures will take place in Lucknow and Kanpur between September 16 and October 5.
