The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the fixtures for the India Women for the upcoming home series against the West Indies and Ireland white-ball series. The India Women's Cricket Team recently achieved an impressive 2-1 series victory over New Zealand in a home ODI series, thanks to a strong all-round performance from both batters and bowlers. They are now gearing up for the upcoming series against West Indies and Ireland, featuring both ODIs and T20Is. Soon after, India will host the West Indies for a series of three T20Is and three ODIs. The T20Is will be held from December 15 to 19 at Navi Mumbai's DY Patil Stadium, while the ODI matches will take place in Baroda. All matches will be hosted in Rajkot, starting with the first game on Friday, January 10. The series continues with the second and third games scheduled for Sunday, January 12, and Wednesday, January 15, respectively. India Women will also look to test new combinations and build a strong squad for the ICC Women's ODI World Cup 2025, which will be hosted in India. After their disappointing group-stage exit at the recently held T20 World Cup in the UAE, it’s crucial for India to shift focus toward preparation for the World Cup in this upcoming series.
