The game occurred at Perth Stadium when the Moises Henriques-led Sixers lost all their wickets for 132 runs during 20 overs of play. He maintained a high strike rate of 163.64 throughout his performance. Sydney Thunder captain David Warner achieved second place with 433 runs while maintaining an excellent average of 86.60. Warner became the second player who achieved over 400 runs during the entire season. He registered the highest number of 50-plus scores, achieving a total of four. Warner became the sole player who achieved multiple centuries during the season with his two scores. Key Batting Statistics David Warner finished the season with an average of 86.60. No batter achieved an average of 60 or above. Hobart Hurricanes batter Mitchell Owen had the best strike rate among batters with at least 100 runs, with a strike rate of 195.29.
