Jaydev Unadkat took three wickets in the final over, with Rahul Tewatia's one as the most glorious one, thanks to Aniket Verma's catch. It was a wide and slow delivery, and Tewatia, looking to cut the ball square on the off-side, slashed at it. The ball flew off his bat towards the left of short third man. Aniket Verma, stationed at that position, reacted quickly. He sprinted across the field, timing his slide perfectly, and went full stretch to his left. With a spectacular dive, he clutched the ball in his outstretched hand, completing a brilliant catch to send Tewatia back to the pavilion. Peak Athleticism ft. It began with Washington Sundar smashing a slower bouncer for a 73-metre six over midwicket, injecting some hope into the chase. But Unadkat struck back immediately. On the very next ball, he delivered a wide full toss which Sundar tried to slog sweep across the line. However, the shot lacked timing and elevation, resulting in a simple catch at deep midwicket by Nitish Kumar Reddy. Tewatia walked in and smacked a full toss over short fine leg for six, but his attempt to slash a wide delivery square off the next ball ended in a sharp low catch by Aniket Verma. That wicket opened the floodgates. On the final delivery, Rashid Khan tried to cut a short, wide one over point, only to top-edge it high in the air. Unadkat himself ran in and completed the catch, finishing with a remarkable over. Notably, Gujarat Titans posted 224/6 with Gill (76 off 38) and Buttler (64 off 37) leading the charge. Unadkat was the pick of the bowlers with 3/35 in 4 overs.
