Anshul Kamboj, who plays for Haryana, was a part of the Mumbai Indians in the last edition. He has previously featured in three IPL matches, grabbing two wickets. He recently became the third player to bag all ten wickets in an innings in the Ranji Trophy. The pacer achieved this feat against Kerala, grabbing 10 for 49. Speculation around MS Dhoni’s retirement gained momentum when he was spotted wearing a shirt with Morse code reading “One last time.” The cryptic message left fans puzzled. Dhoni, who will be returning to action after nearly 12 months, was seen in high-intensity practice at the CSK camp and will be playing this upcoming season as an uncapped player. However, he is expected to break a few records this season. He is expected to take over Suresh Raina as the all-time highest run-scorer for Chennai Super Kings. The wicket-keeper batters need just 19 runs to cross Raina's tally of 4687 runs. Dhoni has scored 4669 runs at an average of 40.25 with a strike rate of 139.28 in 202 innings. CSK's IPL 2025 Campaign The Chennai Super Kings will begin their 2025 campaign against the Mumbai Indians on March 23 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Last season, CSK finished fifth, narrowly missing the playoffs after a loss to Royal Challengers Bengaluru in their final league match.
