In 2025, he became CSK's youngest ever player and he celebrated the feat by hammering 32 off 15 against Mumbai Indians on his debut. He turned it up again against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), scoring 94 off a mere 48 deliveries, which was certainly the pick of his early career so far.
